KEN HENSLEY & LIVE FIRE for three gigs in the Netherlands

Ken Hensley, the legendary keyboard player and songwriter of Uriah Heep is coming to The Netherlands. With his Scandinavian band 'Live Fire' Ken will do three gigs at the end of may.
After Ken left Uriah Heep in 1980 he joined BLACKFOOT for two studioalbums and had his contributions on projects of bands and artists like Cinderella, W.A.S.P, en Arjen Lucassen's Ayreon.
His last 2008 major project was the rock opera BLOOD ON THE HIGHWAY with great vocal contributions by Glenn Hughes, Eve Gallagher en Jorn Lande
There are plans to have a songwriting masterclass as a special event before the gigs . The revenues will go to the by Ken endorsed Esperanza Street Charity Foundation .

Vielen Dank für die Info. Das ist interessant, denn so weit ist Holland gar nicht weg. Wer also einen dieser Auftritte besuchen will, teile das bitte in unserer Rubrik "Verabredungen..." mit. Vielleicht ergibt sich dann etwas.

ja, Weert ist in der Tat nicht weit von Duisburg (ca. 1 Autostunde). Ich denke, ich und Heepsoni werden uns diesem Termin auf jeden Fall vormerken!
Allerdings hoffe auch ich auf weitere Termine in Deutschland...

Ja, leider noch zu wenige Termine in Deutschland...

Aber der Termin am 20. Juni 2009 (Rock am Reis) mit CIRCLE OF HANDS war ja schon länger bekannt bzw. stand schon länger auf der Website von COH. Schön, dass KEN ihn endlich auf seiner Website gesetzt hat...

Am 30. Mai (Pfingst-Wochenende) hat Ken Hensley & Life Fire in den Niederlanden einen Lifeauftritt. Mittags gibt es dort ein Meet & Greet für alle interessierten Fans.
